How
We Work

Pringle Legal Search helps make the recruitment process a positive experience, reflecting the values of both client and recruiting partner.

We are open and direct in our communications and honest in our assessment of the realistic chances of completing a project.

We do not accept work if we believe we will not be successful in closing the search. This means we enjoy a high success rate in the recruiting projects we choose to undertake

Our recruitment process is as follows:

  • 01

Build and follow a realistic search timetable

  • 02

Provide communication strategy advice on relevant topics including the value of advertising, headhunting and targeted social media contacts

  • 03

Create a compelling information pack that tells your story and highlights your culture and ambition, helping you stand out

  • 04

Interview preparation including talking to you about salary expectations, possible obstacles and any other areas to explore in the interview

  • 05

Maintain regular contact with you throughout the recruitment process

Andrew has recruited senior professionals to a wide range of industries, firms and corporations in Australia, the Middle East and Asia.

Andrew graduated with Honours in Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He relocated to Australia, where he qualified as a solicitor and practised as a litigator in top-tier law firms in Sydney and Melbourne.

Today, Andrew calls Sydney home, although he travels regularly to Asia. He loves personal travel, languages, food and broader culture. Andrew also enjoys walking his dog, going to the gym and spending time on the New South Wales south coast, when time allows.
